State Bank of Pakistan has directly announced the scheme for overseas Pakistan. Must read its eligibility criteria for Salary holder person and businessman. According to the other projects, Mera Ghar, Khidmata, and Apni car, this scheme Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme is also the same it. Under the Roshan Pakistan Bank Account RDA, this scheme was announced by the State Bank This initiative was taken for nonresidents/overseas of Pakistan started to buy their own house in Pakistan under Roshan Digital Account (RDA). A senate of PTI has explained the Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme. There are up to 1, 20, 000 ex-pats who have been started via this scheme Apni Car RDA account.

Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme For nonresidents of Pakistan

The State Bank of Pakistan has announced the Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme for people living abroad. Below first read what is eligibility criteria & installment plans are to apply for the scheme. This is a meaningful project started by this only to provide more facilitation to the nonresidents of Pakistan. Before this, another 2 projects are working as SBP Roshan Apni Car & Samaaji Khidmat scheme has been introduced by the State Bank of Pakistan.

Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme Eligibility criteria

Check the eligibility criteria to apply for the Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme. Candidates must fill out the application form duly verified with correct spelling. Attach a copy of CNIC and NICOP. Two passport-size colored pictures and a copy of passport, visa, professional associations member certificate, and work permit.

	First-time homeowner.
	One individual can have a subsidized house loan facility.
Ranks of the Scheme	Financing under Tier 0 is available through microfinance banks.
	Financing under Rank 1 is available through financing bank SBP.
	Financing under Tier 2.
	Financing under stage 3 is available through the SBP banks.

A Senate of Govt has announced that the Prime Minister of Pakistan has addressed and directed the overseas of Pakistan about Roshan Digital Account. PM said on Saturday that Pakistan’s Overseas has deposited up to 1 billion USD dollars in funds in the Roshan Digital Account Pakistan.

The government of Pakistan has taken good steps for Overseas and non-residents of Pakistan can who are living abroad. SBP Roshan Samaaji Khidmat has been introduced by the State Bank of Pakistan via social media and now Roshan Apna Ghar Scheme has been introduced Overseas.
