As per the announcement, it is announced that in the month of November 2nd week 2024 SU Convocation will be arranged with a beautiful ceremony in which all students, teachers, and other important officials will participate to encourage the struggle and efforts that gate the highest marks and position holders.

The University of Sargodha is inviting the participants to submit Sargodha University Convocation 2024 Registration form in respect of joining the company of institutions and students. Keep in mind this is SU 9th Convocation is being conducted at this board on the aforesaid date and time. Remember 20th October 2024 is the closing date to get registration for this mega event and ceremony.

Eligible Candidates for Sargodha University Convocation 2024

The following has been categorized for UOS Convocation is being held in the premise of this instruction.

• The university will distribute the prize and certificates to the students who achieved Positions, Medals, and merit certificates for the annual and semester examination for the years 2020 and 2021.
• Such candidates who have passed the Bachelor, Master, MS, or M.Phil program for the years 2020 and 2021.
• Students who have met the conditions

Method of Registration of Sargodha University Convocation 2024

The eligible students who are participating in the Convocation can get registration via the online web portal link provided by the authority. The application form is available at this portal www.su.edu.pk/convocation.

The registration fee is Rs. 2000/- must be submitted to any branch of HBL Bank.

The Challan form is an available online website.

The eligible candidate must receive the registration card/entry pass from the concerned department.

The students of M.phil, Position holder and Ph.D. can receive the registration card and entry pass from of Controller office of Sargodha University.
